If you want to end a tenancy for landlord or purchaser occupancy of the rental unit on or after July 18, 2024, you must generate the Four Month Notice to End Tenancy – form RTB-32L using the Residential Tenancy Branch’s web portal.
Please note that some forms cannot be opened using Google Chrome.
If you are having difficulty using a form, you can try downloading it to your computer or changing your web browser settings to open the form in Adobe Reader.
If you are applying to the courts to enforce a Residential Tenancy Branch order, be sure to use the right forms.
